1 - Delivery Time and Business HoursThe delivery times will be established according to the complexity of the requested artwork and my availability at the time of hire. My business days are from Monday to Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will not be counted in the delivery time, so please refrain from requesting updates on these days unless I voluntarily decide to work on these days — in which case, you will be informed, and the day may be included in the timeline. In case of illness or unforeseen events that prevent me from working, the corresponding days will also not be included in the timeline, and you will be notified. My business hours are from 10 AM to 6 PM. Work outside of these hours will only be done at my voluntary discretion.---2 - PricesPrices will be defined based on the complexity of the request. The amounts presented in the price table represent minimum reference values, and they may be adjusted according to the specifications of the requested piece.---3 - Payment, Service Cancellation, and RefundsPayment:
The client must pay 50% of the total agreed amount after the initial approval of the artwork (usually after the first sketches are delivered). The remaining 50% should be paid after the delivery of the finalized piece.Cancellation and Refunds:
Both you and I can choose to terminate the production of the artwork at any time before the final delivery. In such a case, the agreement will be canceled, and both parties will be released from any future obligations. You can choose whether or not to request a refund for the amount already paid (the initial 50%). In case of a request for a full refund, I will be obligated to return the paid amount but will not be required to deliver the artwork, regardless of the production stage. If you wish to receive the artwork in its current stage of production at the time of cancellation, both parties must agree on which stage will be delivered, and a partial refund amount will be agreed upon based on the work completed. This same procedure applies if the finalized piece is not delivered by the agreed deadline.---4 - Production Stages and RevisionsThe production stages are as follows:SketchLine Art (final linework)Base ColorsRender (final details)Revisions per stage:Sketch: The client may request unlimited revisions at no additional cost.Line Art: The client is entitled to three (3) free revisions. After this limit, an additional fee will be charged, proportional to the complexity of the change (e.g., changing the character design, pose, limbs such as arms or legs).Base Colors: If the character's colors are not defined in advance, the client may make unlimited revisions until the final palette is chosen. After this decision, any revisions will count against the remaining free revisions or incur additional charges.Render: At this stage, no free revisions are allowed. The client can use any remaining free revisions or pay for additional ones.Definition of "revisions":Revisions are understood as changes of idea or indecision on the client’s part (e.g., choosing one pose and later requesting a different one). Changes that do not fall under the "idea change" category will be considered art direction, meaning additional instructions that do not require changes to what has already been decided but rather focus on the continuation of the creative process (e.g., asking something to be done a specific way in the next stage).---5 - CopyrightsThe client will have personal use rights to the artwork, allowing them to use it freely in non-commercial environments, such as social media, personal prints, avatars, etc.The commercial sale or resale of the artwork is prohibited without the artist’s explicit permission. For commercial use — such as sales, distribution, reproduction on products, or any form of direct or indirect monetization — an additional fee equivalent to 100% of the original piece’s value will be required. Once this fee is paid, the client will gain full commercial rights to the artwork. The client may freely modify the content of the artwork as desired. The artist may only share or publish the artwork on their social media, portfolio, or other public platforms with the client’s express permission. The client must inform, at the time of the agreement or later, whether they authorize the artist to use the artwork for promotional purposes.
